Effects of 1, 9, and inhibitors on NFκB-related proteins in RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells were seeded into a 6-well plate (3 10⁵ cells/well) and incubated for 2 hours. Then they were stimulated with LPS of 100 ng/well with or without various concentration of a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution of a 5,7-dihydroxyflavone analogue or an inhibitor for 15 min.
