The effect of SNN on the composition of gut microbiota. Fresh feces were collected from the ileocecal region of the mice, and taxonomic structure of 16s rRNA gene was assessed using the Illumina MiSeq platform ( per group) and the species at phylum level were demonstrated (a); the alterations of Firmicutes (b), Bacteroidetes (c), and Proteobacteria (d) were indicated. Bacterial diversity was shown by Shannon curves (e) and Refraction curves (f). Key OTUs indicating genus-level changes based on the genus composition and abundance were generated (g). The relative abundance of each genus was indicated by a gradient of color from green (low abundance) to red (high abundance). Data were present as mean ± SE, versus Con mice; versus HF-DSS (NASH) mice.
