Effect of SMT on TNF-α stimulated SMCs ROS production was measured by (a) FACs analysis and (b) microplate reader. Cells were labeled with CM-H₂DCFDA and treated with TNF-α (10 ng/ml) for 24 h in the absence or pretreatment of SMT (10, 30, and 50 μg/ml) for 30 min.
