The expressions of PS, PAC-1, and P-selectin in platelets. Total flavonoids (0.2 g/kg) were given to the mice in flavone group. Mice in CSA group were given 0.027 g/kg cyclosporine daily. All mice were intragastrically administered once a day for 3 consecutive days. The expression levels of PS (a), PAC-1 (b), and P-selectin (c) were determined by flow cytometry. < 0.05 compared with the normal control group; < 0.05 compared with the BMF group; < 0.05 compared with the CSA group.
