(a) Upregulated proteins: membrane attack complex, endopeptidase inhibitor activity, and negative regulation of peptidase activity of, respectively, cellular component, molecular function, and biological process were the most representative functions. (b) Downregulated proteins: proteasome core complex, threonine-type endopeptidase activity, and protein catabolic process were the most representative functions.
