Ethyl Acetate Fraction from<i> Hedyotis diffusa</i> plus<i> Scutellaria barbata</i> Exerts Anti-Inflammatory Effects by Regulating miR-155 Expression and JNK Signaling Pathway

<div><i>Effect of EA11 on the MAPK signaling pathways.</i> (a) p-ERK, ERK, p-JNK, JNK, p-p38, and p38 protein expression was assessed by western blot following stimulation of RAW264.7 cells with M (LPS/IFN<i>γ</i> stimulation) and C (vehicle control), 25 or 50 <i>μ</i>g/ml of EA11. Band intensity of JNK (b), ERK (c), and p38 (d) was determined using an imaging densitometer band expression levels calculated relative to the intensity of total JNK/ERK/p38 protein.
