<div><b>Detecting the condition of DNA followed by the treatment of crude lysate of<i> Amana edulis</i>.</b> BEL7404 cells were treated with crude lysate of<i> Amana edulis </i>to check the condition of DNA by using DNA agarose gel electroless. Cells without any treatment were used as the baseline control.</div>
