Induction of Apoptosis and Inhibition of Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition by <i>α</i>-Mangostin in MG-63 Cell Lines

<div><i>α</i>-Mangostin suppressed MAPK signaling phosphorylation. Cells were treated with 10 <i>μ</i>M of <i>α</i>-mangostin for indicated time-period. The expression levels of MAPK members (ERK, JNK, and p38) were confirmed by western blot assay.</div>
