Percentages of cells in the sub-G1, G0/G1, S, and G2/M phase were calculated using Cell Quest Pro 5.2 software. Results represent mean values±standard deviation (SD) from three independent experiments. The statistical significance of the effects obtained with ERW and autoclaved ERW was calculated versus those obtained with ¹positive control medium (CTR) and ²autoclaved ERW.
