The Chinese Medicine, Jiedu Recipe, Inhibits the Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition of Hepatocellular Carcinoma via the Regulation of Smad2/3 Dependent and Independent Pathways

<div>JR inhibits TGF<i>β</i>1-induced activation of Smad2/3, Akt and MAPKs pathways. SMMC-7721 cells were seeded into 6-well plate. After 24 h, the cells were pretreated with indicated concentration of JR for 2 h and then stimulated with TGF<i>β</i>1 (10 ng/ml) for 5, 15, or 30 min. Then the total protein was extracted and western blot analysis was performed.</div>
