Time-kill curves of HSE against C. albicans SC5314. C. albicans suspension (10⁶ cells/mL in RPMI-1640 medium) from overnight grown cultures was incubated with different concentrations of HSE at 28°C, 200 rpm. Cell suspension with the same volume DMSO was set as control. Data presented were means ± standard deviations from three independent tests.
