Z-Ligustilide Exerted Hormetic Effect on Growth and Detoxification Enzymes of<i> Spodoptera litura</i> Larvae

<div>Low dose of Z-LIG confers resistance of<i> S. litura </i>larvae against CPF.<i> S. litura </i>larvae were pretreated with 0.1 mg·g<sup>−1</sup> of Z-LIG or vehicle for 48 h and then treated with CPF (2.5 <i>μ</i>g·g<sup>−1</sup>) or vehicle for another 3 days and the survival rate was determined.
