Effect of TG on in vitro antidiabetic activity. (a) MIN6 cells were treated with TG at 50 and 100μg concentrations. Deacylgymnemic acid (DAG), an available commercial standard from GS, and glibenclamide, a commercial drug used for diabetes treatment, were also used for comparison. (b) represents effect of TG on enhancement of GLUT2 levels. Treatment with TG and standard DAG (from GS) was done at 50 and 100 μg concentrations. All experiments were carried out in triplicate and results were represented as mean± SD. Analysis was performed using two-way ANOVA. Representing significance level at p<0.05. Representing significance level at p<0.001.
