Propolin C Inhibited Migration and Invasion via Suppression of EGFR-Mediated Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition in Human Lung Cancer Cells

Inhibitory effects of in vitro migration and invasion by propolin C in HCC827 lung cancer cells. HCC827 cells were incubated with serial dosages of propolin C (2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 μM) for 24 h and (a) in vitro wound healing, (b) Transwell migration, and (c) invasion analyses were performed as described in Materials and Methods. Data were represented as the mean ± SD of triplicate samples. Significant difference was observed from the control group ().
