Effects of Abyssinone V-4’ methyl ether on microphotographs H&E 400× of vagina (a) and graphic representation of vagina epithelial height (b) after 28 days of treatment. Control = normal mice treated with distilled water; DMBA = negative control treated with water; DMBA + AVME 10 = animals treated with the Abyssinone V-4’ methyl ether at the dose of 10 mg/kg.
