Jiedu Sangen Decoction Inhibits the Invasion and Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer Cells by Regulating EMT through the Hippo Signaling Pathway

<p>JSD inhibited the proliferation of colon cancer cells in vitro. The cells were treated with JSD at concentrations of 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 mg/mL, respectively. The inhibitory effects were enhanced with an increase in the dose. Meanwhile, according to our calculations, the half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of JSD was 12 mg/mL in the SW480 cells; n = 9.</p>
