Effect of PBR-BuOH on FcεRI subunit mRNA expression in IgE/Ag-stimulated RBL-2H3 cells. IgE-binding RBL-2H3 cells were stimulated with 200 ng/mL of DNP-BSA (Ag). Total RNA was isolated and then reverse-transcribed. The expression of FcεRI subunit mRNA were determined by quantitative RT-PCR. Representative images from three independent experiments are shown.
