Phellinus linteus Grown on Germinated Brown Rice Inhibits IgE-Mediated Allergic Activity through the Suppression of FcεRI-Dependent Signaling Pathway In Vitro and In Vivo

<div>PBR-BuOH inhibited the activation of Fyn, Gab2, PI3K, IκBα, NFκB, Syk, and ERK proteins in IgE/Ag-stimulated RBL-2H3 cells. The levels of p-Fyn, p-Gab2, p-PI3K, p-IκBα, NFκB, p-Syk, and p-ERK proteins were measured by immunoblotting. PP2 is a general Src-family kinase inhibitor.
