CP decreased the mRNA expressions of HBx, SHH, PTCH-1, and GLI-1 in HepG2-HBx cells. The mRNA was measured when HepG2-HBx cells were treated with CP (70μg/ml; 35 μg/ml, respectively) and cyclopamine (70μM) for 48 h using RT-PCR. < 0.001, compared with the group of HepG2-NC; #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01, and ###P < 0.001, compared with the group of HepG2-HBx.
