Compound Phyllanthus urinaria L Inhibits HBV-Related HCC through HBx-SHH Pathway Axis Inactivation

CP could inhibit the mRNA expression of SHH, PTCH-1, GLI-1, and HBx in vivo. The mRNA levels of HBx (a), SHH (b), PTCH-1 (c), SMO (d), GLI-1 (e), and GLI-2 (f) in tumors were measured by RT-PCR. < 0.01 and < 0.001, compared with the group of HepG2-NC. ##P < 0.01 and ###P < 0.001, compared with the group of HepG2-HBx.
