C57BL/6 mice were immunized with peptide and splenocytes were isolated after 21 days. Splenocytes were treated with peptide and AO-1 for 48 h. Cell viability was assayed using the MTT method, and cytokine production was determined through ELISA. Date are expressed as mean ± SEM. P < 0.05 and P < 0.001 compared with vehicle group.
