Mice fed 4% alcohol and 0.5% cholesterol LD impacted cholesterol metabolism in liver for feeding 5 weeks. (a–i) Immunohistochemistry reflected the expression of LDLR, PPARα, SREBP2, SREBP1, CYP7A1, ABCG5, and ABCG8 in liver and NPC1L1 in small intestine (x 400).
