The Effect of Compound <i>Sophora</i> on Fluorouracil and Oxaliplatin Resistance in Colorectal Cancer Cells

<div>Effect of compound radix Sophorae injection on the mRNA levels of genes. 5-FU/SW480 and L-OHP/SW480 cells were incubated with a nontoxic dose of compound radix Sophorae Flavescentis injection for 48 h as described above. P-gp and ABCG2 mRNA expression levels were significantly decreased in the two drug-resistant strains (5-FU/SW480 and L-OHP/SW480).
