Applying Complex Network and Cell-Cell Communication Network Diagram Methods to Explore the Key Cytokines and Immune Cells in Local Acupoint Involved in Acupuncture Treating Inflammatory Pain

Figure 9

Changes in the macrophage level in ST36 acupoint after MA. Macrophages labeled with CD45+CD11b+ CD68+ levels in the skin layers of ST36 acupoint at day 7 were quantitatively detected through flow cytometry. Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM; vs. control group, vs. CFA group (a, b). At the same time, macrophages labeled with CD68+ were positioned by immunofluorescence in skin layers (dermis) (c), scale bar: 20 μm. In the control group and CFA group, the number of local macrophage expressions was low, while the expression was significantly increased after MA.
