Curcumin Inhibits Hepatocellular Carcinoma via Regulating miR-21/TIMP3 Axis

<div>Effects of curcumin on the proliferation and apoptosis of HCC cell lines. HepG2 or HCCLM3 cells were treated with curcumin with indicated concentrations for 24 h. (a) Cell viability was evaluated by CCK-8 assay. (b) Apoptotic cells were detected by flow cytometry after staining with Annexin V-APC and Propidium Iodide. The experiment was repeated three times.
