BSLGT treatment decreased inflammatory-, vasoconstrictor-, and thrombosis-associated gene expression of HUVECs. The gene expression profile was performed by qPCR analysis from the nCounter® platform. The blue bar indicated a control set gene expression level, and the yellow bar indicated 1% BSLGT-treated HUVECs gene expression level.
