Inhibitory Effects of <i>Euphorbia tirucalli</i> Lineu (Euphorbiaceae) Diluted Latex on Human and Canine Melanoma Cells

<div>SK-MEL 28 human melanoma cell viability after treatment with different dilutions of <i>E. tirucalli</i> latex. The dilutions were numbered as follows: 0 (<i>E. tirucalli</i> latex standard solution–1 mg/mL), 1(1/2), 2(1/4), 3(1/8), 4(1/16), 5(1/32), 6(1/64), 7(1/128), 8(1/256), and 9(1/512). The control group (ct) received 50 <i>μ</i>l/well of saline solution. <span class="nowrap"><svg height="13.532pt" id="M5" style="vertical-align:-3.4295pt" version="1.1" viewbox="-0.0498162 -10.1025
