Cucurbitacin D Induces G2/M Phase Arrest and Apoptosis via the ROS/p38 Pathway in Capan-1 Pancreatic Cancer Cell Line

Induction of apoptosis by cucurbitacin D (CuD): (a) flow cytometry analysis of apoptosis in Capan-1 and AsPC-1 cells treated with CuD at a concentration of 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.4 μM for 24 h; cells were stained with FITC Annexin V and 7-AAD and analyzed using flow cytometry. The histograms indicate the percentage of apoptotic cells. The percentage of apoptotic cells is presented as mean ± SD values from three independent experiments. , significantly different as compared to the control.
