Induction of apoptosis by cucurbitacin D (CuD): (a) flow cytometry analysis of apoptosis in Capan-1 and AsPC-1 cells treated with CuD at a concentration of 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.4 μM for 24 h; cells were stained with FITC Annexin V and 7-AAD and analyzed using flow cytometry.
