Antidiabetic Potential of <i>Prosopis farcta</i> Roots: In Vitro Pancreatic Beta Cell Protection, Enhancement of Glucose Consumption, and Bioassay-Guided Fractionation

<div>The effect of coadministration (a) and pretreatment (b) of F2, F2C, and F2C-d on STZ-induced (48 <i>μ</i>g/<i>μ</i>L) mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) collapse. After 24 h of treatment, the MMP was measured through rhodamine 123 fluorescence. Data are expressed as the mean ± SD of three separate experiments.
