Chrysophanol Prevents Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Hepatic Stellate Cell Activation by Upregulating Apoptosis, Oxidative Stress, and the Unfolded Protein Response

<div>Chrysophanol (Cho) attenuated LPS-induced activated HSC-T6 cells. Changes in the expression of <i>α</i>-SMA, CTGF, and integrin <i>β</i>-1. <i>β</i>-Actin was used as an internal control.
