Effect of P. jamasakura on trap activity in BMM. The BMM was cultured with P. jamasakura in the presence of RANKL for 6 days. (a) TRAP activity of osteoclasts was measured by colorimetric assay using p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate. (b) Cell viability was determined using cell counting kit-8 following the manufacturer’s instructions.  < 0.05,  < 0.01, and  < 0.001.
