Effect of the CHCl3 fraction in TNFα/IFNγ-stimulated HaCaT cells. (a) HaCaT cells were treated with 20 µg/ml CHCl3 fractions, and viability was measured by the MTT assay. (b) HaCaT cells were treated with 20 µg/ml CHCl3 fractions, and after 1 h, the cells were stimulated with TNFα/IFNγ (10 ng/ml). After 16 h, luciferase activity was measured. After stimulation with TNFα/IFNγ, culture media were harvested 24 h later. (c) IL-6 and (d) MDC ELISA kits were used. The data are presented as the mean ± SEM of three samples. Statistically significant differences ( and ) between the treatment groups are indicated by different letters.
