Suppressive effects of Mog on proinflammatory cytokine responses in BV-2 cells. (a) BV-2 cells were treated with Mog (0, 6.25, 12.5, and 25 μM) for 2 h followed by the treatment with LPS (0.5 μg/mL) for additional 18 h. The proteins expressions of TNF-α, mIL-1β, mIL-18, and IL-6 in six groups are determined by western blot. (b–e) Quantification of relative protein expression was performed by densitometric analysis. Similar results were obtained from three independent experiments. The values presented are the means ± SEM.  < 0.05 and  < 0.01 versus control group; # < 0.05 and ## < 0.01 versus LPS group.
