A total of 124 patients with STEMI were randomly assigned to PCI + tirofiban and PCI groups, 62 cases per groups. compared with before PCI. LVEF, left ventricular ejection fraction; LVEDD, left ventricular end diastolic diameter; LVESD, left ventricular end systolic diameter.
