RT-PCR result in apical papilla cells treated with 250 µg/mL of GD extract for 10 days. The INA gene expression in duplicate experiments showed that the expression of INA increased by 4.6 times compared with the control group at 10 days. The real-time PCR result of INA gene expressions was correlated with the result from RNA sequencing. Replicate control samples and test samples are presented in the form of mean ± SD.
