Gualou Guizhi Granule Suppresses LPS-Induced Inflammatory Response of Microglia and Protects against Microglia-Mediated Neurotoxicity in HT-22 via Akt/NF-<i>κ</i>B Signaling Pathways

<div>Effects of GLGZG on the protein expression of PI3K (p85), PI3K (p110<i>α</i>), Akt, and p-Akt (Ser473). GLGZG could significantly increase the expression of p-Akt (Ser473) and PI3K (p85) compared with the LPS group, while the expression of Akt and PI3K (p110<i>α</i>) had no significant change among groups.</div>
