Supplementary Material

This supplementary material contains additional results of several Barro Regressions that we have performed, but for space preserving reasons, we do not report them in the original paper. Specifically, we report results for regression (3) of the original paper. These are reported in Tables (1) and (2). Tables (3) and (4) report results for conditional convergence in a model that includes only services sector (subsection 3.2, page 4). Tables (5) and (6) report results obtained from dynamic panel data and GMM estimation of the simple convergence hypothesis (subsection 3.3, page 4).
