Data in Figure 2(b) inset were fitted to (1) in the 19–60°C and 57–72°C. Midpoint transitions were obtained from the calorimetric irreversible process of 1.1 mg·mL−1 protein (apparent , Figure 4(a)) at 30°C·h−1 scan rate and from the reversible transition of 0.56 mg·mL−1 protein (, not shown) at 30°C·h−1 scan rate.
