Culture conditions: submerged cultivation was carried out in medium containing g/L- KH2PO4 – 1, MgSO4.H2O – 1.123 e CuSO4 – 0.06. Supplemented with 2.0% Tryptone and 2.0% Ammonium chloride at 28°C, 180 rpm for 5 days. Label: n.d. no activity detected under the assay conditions. 1averages followed by distinct letters differ by Scott-Knott test at the level of significance 0.05. Pearson correlation was determined using biomass and hydrolytic activity. R-Pearson correlation: 0.67 for Tryptone 2.0% and R-Pearson correlation: -0.03 for Ammonium chloride 2.0%.
