Importance of IL-12-IFN-𝛾 axis for in vivo LPS sensitization by P. acnes treatment. Mice with various genotypes were sequentially administered with P. acnes and LPS. At day 7 after P. acnes priming, hepatic granuloma formation was determined by histological analyses.
