The percentage of CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells in H. pylori-infected patients (mean ± SD; 13.2±6.2%) was significantly higher than that in control subjects (mean ± SD; 9.8±3.4%) (𝑃<0.05). The percentage of Tregs (CD4⁺CD25⁺Foxp3⁺ T cells) was not significantly different between H. pylori-infected patients (mean ± SD; 4.1±2.1%) and control subjects (mean ± SD; 4.0±1.7%).
