DUOX2 Expression Is Increased in Barrett Esophagus and Cancerous Tissues of Stomach and Colon

<div>DUOX2 mRNA levels in Barrett esophagus, tumors of stomach, colon, and liver. (a) DUOX2 mRNA was at similar level in normal epithelium of esophagus and Barrett esophagus. The expressions of DUOX2 mRNA in gastric cancer and CRC were both significantly higher than that in each corresponding adjacent nonmalignant tissues.
