The SROC curve of anti-gp210 (a) and anti-sp100 (b) tests for the diagnosis of PBC. The summary receiver operator characteristic (SROC) curve was used for evaluating the global summary of test performance and the relationship between sensitivity and specificity. The area under the SROC (AUSROC) curve represented the overall performance of the detection method.
