Factors Affecting Isoflavone Content in Soybean Seeds Grown in Thailand

Isoflavone content in sound seeds of 14 soybean varieties planted at SUT Farm on 19 December 2009, at baseline and after storage under different conditions. Sound seeds of each soybean variety were extracted and assayed in triplicate. Bars and error bars represent mean standard deviation. 1Isoflavone content was the summation of daidzin and genistin contents.
