The coefficient of determination value () calculated by linear regression analysis between percentages of seed field emergence and total isoflavone content in sound seeds of Chiangmai 60 soybean variety grown in dry season crop year 2010 ( different lots) and obtained from 4 agricultural research centers in Thailand. Each lot was extracted and assayed in triplicate. 1Isoflavone content was the summation of daidzin and genistin contents.
