Factors Affecting Isoflavone Content in Soybean Seeds Grown in Thailand

The coefficient of determination value ( ) calculated by linear regression analysis between percentages of seed field emergence and total isoflavone content in sound seeds of Chiangmai 60 soybean variety grown in dry season crop year 2010 ( different lots) and obtained from 4 agricultural research centers in Thailand. Each lot was extracted and assayed in triplicate. 1Isoflavone content was the summation of daidzin and genistin contents.
