(f) Formation of roots from regenerated shoot cultured on half-strength MS medium supplemented with 1 mg/L of IBA. (g) Healthy plantlets transferred to pot filled with a mixture of perlite, sand, and soil (1 : 1 : 1) after 2 weeks of acclimatization. (h) Plantlets placed in a greenhouse successfully adapted to the in vivo conditions.
