Elution profile of Panax ginseng crude extract on immunoaffinity column monitoring by ELISA using anti-ginsenoside-Rb1 MAb. The column was washed by phosphate buffer and then eluted by HOAc buffer containing KSCN and MeOH. Individual fractions (2 mL) were assayed by ELISA using anti-ginsenoside-Rb1 MAb.
