Note: non-Tg, nontransgenic mice; TgSED, 3xTgAD mice not exercised; TgEXE, 3xTg-AD mice submitted to a daily treadmill running for five weeks. Exercise protected against the decrease of the affinity of [3H] flunitrazepam for its binding site in the GABA-A receptor, as showed by a low Kd. Results are the mean ± SEM, .
