1H-15N HSQC spectra of 15N-labelled Aβ(1–40) titrated with GM1. Spectral data were obtained using 0.2 mM Aβ(1–40) proteins uniformly 15N-labelled (black) or selectively 15N-labelled at Val39 (green) or Val40 (red). Aβ/GM1 molar ratios were (A) 1 : 0, (B) 1 : 2, (C) 1 : 5, (D) 1 : 15, (E) 1 : 20 and (F) 1 : 30.
