Effects of AChE inhibitors on viability of endothelial cells in the presence of H₂O₂. The HUVECs were seeded overnight in 96-well culture plate (5000 cells/well) and treated with donepezil, rivastigmine, and galantamine for 24 h. The percent of viability was normalized against untreated control cells. Data are mean ± SD of two independent experiments performed in triplicate. ^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01, and ^∗∗∗𝑃<0.001 versus untreated cells cultured in the presence of H₂O₂.
